Who we are.
Achievers Mind Academy is a Malaysian educational enrichment academy specialising in memory training, learning skills and cognitive development for students — built on a live, hands-on methodology that parents can experience before enrolling.
Our story
Decades of one method, refined in practice.
Achievers Mind Academy was founded by Master Alagan Govindan, a trainer with more than 33 years of cumulative experience conducting Super Memory Programmes. The academy was built around a single conviction: that memory and learning skills can be trained — and that the training should be seen, experienced and understood before any commitment is made.
That conviction shapes everything we do. It is why our preview sessions are free. It is why demonstrations are live. And it is why parents are part of the journey from the very first session.
The founder
Master Alagan Govindan.
Master Alagan holds an MSc in Training & Development from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, and has more than 33 years of cumulative experience conducting Super Memory Programmes.
Over three decades he has led programmes and previews across Malaysia — from Kulim to Skudai — working directly with students and parents. His approach is practical and direct: teach the techniques, demonstrate them live, and let parents see the results with their own eyes.

Our methodology
